- Wowzy is an online cash game owned by Play Games24x7 Private Limited (“Company”).
- The Wowzy Terms of Service (“Terms”) as stipulated on the website/mobile application of Wowzy, shall be read and complied with along with these offer terms (“Offer Terms”).
- It is hereby clarified, that the latest/recently amended Challenge Terms (if amended) in relation to this Challenge shall be applicable to this Challenge as on the current date, regardless of the fact that the payer was projected different Challenge Terms in the past while participating in this Challenge, unless otherwise determined by Company.
- Company shall provide a 100% promo cash (upto ₹100) to a new user of Wowzy on their first/initial deposit which shall be determined by Company (“Offer”). The Offer is only for newly registered users who deposit cash for the first time on Wowzy.
- The promo cash shall be subsequently credited to the new user's Wowzy wallet on their first/initial deposit.
- It is hereby clarified that such promo cash amounts cannot be withdrawn by the users and is to be used by the users to play cash games/tournaments on Wowzy
- The validity of the said promo cash will be seven (7) days from the date it has been credited, post which the said promo cash shall expire and no longer be available in the user’s Wowzy wallet for usage.
- The Offer shall be valid for a specific time as communicated by Company and shall be subject to change at any time for any reason without notice to the players and without incurring any liability.
- The awarding of promo cash shall be solely determined by the Company and the Company.
- This Offer can be paused/cancelled/preponed/postponed by Company at any time for any reason without notice to the players and without incurring any liability.
- Company shall have a right to forfeit the promo cash amounts won by the players in relation to this Offer due to any fraudulent acts or due to breach of these Offer Terms and/or Terms by the users.
- Company shall have a right to amend these Offer Terms and/or Terms at any time without notice to the users and without incurring any liability
- Company offers no warranties/guarantees with respect to the promo cash amounts won by the users.
- In certain cases wherein (i) there arises any kind of service disruptions or internet disconnections which results in an incorrect prize or error message being displayed to players or (ii) cases wherein Company has erroneously communicated to players that they have won a particular prize through various mediums (including but not limited to) SMS, WhatsApp, email, phone call etc., in such scenarios, Company will communicate to the players the correct prize, if any, as soon as possible along with a brief description of the errors due to which such miscommunications or errors have occurred. Players will only be entitled to the prize that has been communicated to the Players correctly and not pursuant to any technical glitch or any other errors. The decision of Company regarding the same shall be final and binding.
- Company will not be responsible for any kind of service disruptions and consequential events in relation to the Challenge.
- In cases of any disputes regarding the Offer and/or Terms and/or Offer Terms, Company’s decision shall be final and binding.
- Users shall indemnify and hold harmless Company its affiliates, directors, partners and employees from any claims, losses or damages suffered by Company in relation to any fraudulent acts, misuse of this Offer and breach of these Offer Terms and/or Terms by the users. In case of any disputes, the decision of Company shall be final and binding.
- Company shall in no way be liable for any direct, indirect or consequential claims/damages incurred by the players or any third party resulting from this Offer or the promo cash won by the players in relation to the Offer.
